Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time:
We offer nationwide shipping within South Africa, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, however for outlying areas, or larger orders requiring larger packaging and additional weight, may incur additional shipping costs.

Courier Liability Disclaimer:
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier company, ENHNCE Skin Care is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. All shipping is at the customer’s risk, though we will assist in tracking and following up on issues where possible.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Once an order has been collected by the courier, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
